FAQ
Questions, answered
The things clients ask most before sending us a job. Don't see yours? Get in touch — we're happy to help.
- What files do you need to give me a quote?
- Whatever you have works. A 2D drawing (PDF or DWG), a 3D CAD file (STEP is ideal), photos with dimensions, or even a physical sample. The more detail you share on material, quantity, and tolerances, the more accurate the quote.
- Do you take on single parts, or only production runs?
- Both. We machine one-off parts, prototypes, and small batches, as well as repeat production orders. There's no minimum order.
- What materials can you machine?
- A wide range of metals and engineering plastics — aluminium, stainless and mild steel, tool steel, brass, copper, titanium, and plastics like Delrin, nylon, PTFE, UHMW, and polycarbonate. If you don't see your material listed, just ask.
- Can you reverse-engineer a part I no longer have a drawing for?
- Yes. If you have a worn or broken sample, we can measure it and machine a replacement, even without an original drawing.
- Where are you located and do you ship?
- We're based in Vasai, Maharashtra. Parts are ready for pickup locally, or we dispatch to your location across India.
- How long does a job take?
- Lead time depends on complexity, material availability, and quantity. We give you a realistic timeline with the quote, and keep you updated as the job progresses.
